After 900 days, Leo is finally going to his forever home! Leo had a 'ruff' go of it - first being rescued from being euthanized, then having trouble bonding with potential new owners.  Luckily, he met David Evens, who was willing to put in the time and effort to get to know Leo, and make sure Leo felt safe with him, too.

Leo's story is an example of never giving up on a shelter pup. There may be a 'shortage' of dogs at rescues and from breeders, but shelters still need  support from their local communities. Consider adopting directly from a shelter, so you can find your own Leo.
