Can you tell us about your journey to becoming a dog influencer? What inspired you to start sharing your dog's adventures on social media?

Flageole: Friends and family wanted to see our new addition to the family so we made a page that where they could easily follow Fira’s adventure s

What do you think sets your dog apart from other dogs on social media? What makes them unique or particularly interesting to your followers?

Flageole: I think people like to follow Fira because they can related with her and their dog. She is just a normal golden retriever doing cute things all the time like stealing things, eating treatos and playing with friends. We like to believe that Fira’s account bring smiles to her followers.

How do you come up with ideas for your dog's posts and content? Do you have a specific creative process?

Flageole: All in my head, sometimes I like to share funny things that she does or her « mistake of the day » are really a hit too. Even if she’s destroying things we make the best of it lol. Cute video of her and her cat brother are an everyday things almost as they are always all over each other.

Have you ever faced any challenges or negativity on social media, and how have you dealt with it?

Flageole: It’s really rare! It think we had one or two negative comment but usually we ignored it. The big majority of our audience is really positive and uplifting.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own dog influencer account or share their dog on social media?

Flageole: Do it and have fun with it! Even if it doesn’t become a big hit people love to follow dog accounts and it gives you an album of your dog in bonus for lifetime memories 💞

How has your dog influenced your life outside of social media?

Flageole: Our life is so much better since Fira joined the family back in 2021 already 2 years of pure happiness. She is our little sunshine and we like to say that she is a happy ball of energy but also a couch potato at times. The perfect balance.

Can you tell us about a particularly memorable or funny moment you've had with your dog during one of your photo shoots or adventures?

Flageole: One time we were at the beach and thought it would be better to take pictures of her without her leash. The things we didn’t tough about is that Fira is obsessed with water and dog friends. Of course there was dogs and water on the beach so we had to run after her for about 15 minutes until she finally listen and came back with us. We learned from or mistake that day😂

What is your favorite thing about being a dog influencer?

FlageoleI get to share plenty of pictures of my dog without being judged!

Lastly, what's next for you and your dog on social media? Any exciting plans or projects in the works?

Flageole: Continue to spread joy everyday and hopefully more vacations and adventure with Fira!
