Here is their story:

Can you tell us about your journey to becoming a dog influencer? What inspired you to start sharing your dog's adventures on social media?

Naran: My goal initially was never to be an "influencer", but we knew we wanted to share our love for our Australian Labradoodle girls. As we started gaining more followers we started having brands reach out to us. We trust people we follow and often look to user reviews and recommendations before purchasing. It's helped us so much, that we enjoy to do the same. Promoting the things we love! I knew I wanted to start an Instagram account when we got Zoey in September 2022. I wanted to document every moment with her, sharing our love of dogs, & meeting new like-minded people. In April of 2023, we decided to get another Australian Labradoodle, Coco and sister to Zoey. We have met so many people, we would never have otherwise if we didn't have Zoey & Coco. It makes us so happy to connect and feel a sense of family in this Social Space.

What do you think sets your dog apart from other dogs on social media? What makes them unique or particularly interesting to your followers?

Naran: I think people love to watch & engage with our real life adventures. Not just photos. The fact they are full Australian Labradoodle sisters & we are pups on the go. We are always up to something new. They are quirky and cute. Our feed is full of real life and relatable to so many. Their is a genuine fondness our followers have for them. Just as people take the time to engage with us, we spend a lot of time enjoying, engaging with other people, brands and pets as well.

How do you come up with ideas for your dog's posts and content? Do you have a specific creative process?

Naran: Ha ha, the plan is no plan really! I think that is what keeps it fresh and interesting! I have the camera ready at all times. I'm very fortunate to be a full time stay at home dog mom & I think, while we love a good intentional photo shoot, candid moments are the best! The content creates itself! I just document it!

Have you ever faced any challenges or negativity on social media, and how have you dealt with it?

Naran: Wow, such a great question! Honestly, for us personally we have been fortunate to have only positive engagement since being on social media. We are surrounded with like-minded people who have a genuine love of their dogs. In the event of something that is anything less than positive, we do not engage, we would simply disable that party from being able to contact us.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own dog influencer account or share their dog on social media?

Naran: I highly recommend it! It's great way to have a photo/video journey of your dog. Sharing frequently allows others to gain interest in your fur friend. Follow, support, and engage with others accounts you enjoy! Keep it fun & they will follow!

How has your dog influenced your life outside of social media?

Naran: Since having Zoey & Coco, our lives are so much more rich and full! They really bring the utmost joy to our life and have taught us to slow down and enjoy the little things. Enjoy every moment and to not take things for granted. We always try to remember while life can get busy sometimes, we are all they have & to make every minute count with them! When we wake up with them, every day I tell them "we're going to have a beautiful day!"

Can you tell us about a particularly memorable or funny moment you've had with your dog during one of your photo shoots or adventures?

Naran: I'd have to say one of our most memorable moments to date is from Zoey's First Birthday celebration. Social media has allowed us to connect and stay in touch with other friends that have dogs from our same breeder. These people we have bonded with and attended Zoey's Birthday, which was Luau themed. We went full out with barcuterie boards, pupcakes, pupsicles, pooltime, and splash pads. The sheer joy and excitement that all the pups had that day will be a long lasting memory for everyone. We are planning for Coco's 1st Birthday as we speak! Stay tuned for that! The other moment I'd like to mention was with Zoey during Halloween, we got this large, animated pumpkin that was motion activated with spooky sounds. Zoey was obsessed with it. Every time she would walk by, she would "boop" the pumpkin. One day I decided to prompt her by asking her if she was "obsessed with the pumpkin & could she touch the pumpkin" she went over and "booped" it. I then asked her if she loved the pumpkin, to which she replied with "woof!" Did I get this on video? You bet I did! It was so cute! It's actually one of our most viewed shorts on YouTube & on Instagram. It was not scripted or practiced, which is what made it memorable.

What is your favorite thing about being a dog influencer?

Naran: The people we connect with & the positive space & people that surround us. We wake up to the most kind-hearted comments whether it be for concern or true love. It's what keeps us going! We love sharing our love of Zoey & Coco, meeting new people far and near! Through trusted friends is what also led us to Fi! Sharing our daily adventures and outings is a true joy! Keep it fun, first! Is our motto!

Lastly, what's next for you and your dog on social media? Any exciting plans or projects in the works?

Naran: Zoey & Coco have recently completed their 3 levels of Canine obedience through the AKC and hold titles of AKC Canine Good Citizen, Advanced, & Urban. We have worked very hard and are so proud they can be the best-behaved dogs in public settings. That leads us to other AKC offerings which we will be exploring & documenting our journey with that. When we're not modeling bandanas for small businesses, we are also planning to take a vacay to the beach as well as celebrating Coco's first birthday coming up next month! We are so very excited for all of our upcoming Spring and Summer Adventures!
