Can you tell us about your journey to becoming a dog influencer? What inspired you to start sharing your dog's adventures on social media?

Irizarry Rodriguez: From the first day I knew that Maïa would have her own IG account. I had planned to use his account as a diary; showing his daily life. Share their beautiful, tender moments, achievements and Why not! Other not so good moments. Our goal is inspire many other people with our account.

What do you think sets your dog apart from other dogs on social media? What makes them unique or particularly interesting to your followers?

Irizarry Rodriguez: What definitely distinguishes Maïa is how adorable she is with her little tongue outside. She is known as a great Pawshionista, trendsetter with iconic style. She’s a great model and take her work seriously! We always try to give the best of us in each publication. We have noticed that many occasions we direct the content of the hand to our state of mind. Many times our own reel serves as motivation and encouragement to ourselves. That's when you say we're on the right track!

How do you come up with ideas for your dog's posts and content? Do you have a specific creative process?

Irizarry Rodriguez: Honestly, we don't have a specific plan, everything will depend on the collaborations we have at that time. We try to show our content a variety and entertaining way. But always showing Authenticity And offer the best. We always strive to give our best.; Whether it's a publication in collaboration with brands or make fashion. The important thing is that you enjoy it along the way. I always say that it's noticeable that you like it without having to say it. When you love what you do and you give it all that shows. It's too beautiful when you get a message saying how much he likes your account; But even more so when they tell you that they want their dog to be the same and/or obtain the achievements you have obtained . There is no better satisfaction than that! That's when you say all the work was worth it!

Have you ever faced any challenges or negativity on social media, and how have you dealt with it?

Irizarry Rodriguez: I think all of us influencers have gone through this. Generally, negative comments come from the haters! Mostly because of the outfit he's wearing. Unfortunately, many people don't understand or accept that part! That is his opinion and it must be respected. The worst challenge that a person can go through in this world is to be unjustly hurt by others person.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own dog influencer account or share their dog on social media?

Irizarry Rodriguez: Let them be encouraged and join by opening their account! You don't need a specialized team for this! The cell phone is enough! Share the moments with your baby in an authentic way. Don't focus on likes or followers; try to give your best and most importantly enjoy it to the fullest.

How has your dog influenced your life outside of social media?

Irizarry Rodriguez: Maïa is everything for me she came to change my world. My life It revolves around her. She has changed me in every sense of the word. I have gone through her and the IG through things that had never happened before. For her I have been more strong, braver and more empowered women.

Can you tell us about a particularly memorable or funny moment you've had with your dog during one of your photo shoots or adventures?

Irizarry Rodriguez: Generally Maïa falls asleep in the photo shoots and as you know her little cute tongue is outside; but it is very funny when she pulls out her tongue very long. When that happens for sure he's taking a Nap 😛 it's impossible for him to put it inside again.

What is your favorite thing about being a dog influencer?

Irizarry Rodriguez: It has given us the opportunity to meet very nice people who have become friends! We participate in collaborations with brands. The most important things It's so beautiful to see how your content can serve and motivate and inspire others! But also receive the same in return.

Lastly, what's next for you and your dog on social media? Any exciting plans or projects in the works?

Irizarry Rodriguez: Soon Maïa will be the cover girl of the magazine Dogue issue 19! We will participate in the branding of a local brand! And we will continue to collaborate with the important brands and modeling for shop that we love!
