Today we got the honor of interviewing Anny (Rambo's Human). You can find a direct link to their Instagram here.

Here is their story:

Can you tell us about your journey to becoming a dog influencer? What inspired you to start sharing your dog's adventures on social media?

Chow: Rambo was a very fearful and reactive dog. I started the account initially to document our training journey

What do you think sets your dog apart from other dogs on social media? What makes them unique or particularly interesting to your followers?

Chow: Many followers had shared with me they find my content very authentic. Also, now Rambo is a senior dog, many followers followed him as a puppy now into his senior years. They love to see how I care for him as he’s now at a different stage of his life

How do you come up with ideas for your dog's posts and content? Do you have a specific creative process?

Chow: I find inspiration from day to day. Really just sharing what I do with Rambo on a day to day basis. I do have content pillars, such as homemade dog treats, tips for caring for senior dog, etc.

Have you ever faced any challenges or negativity on social media, and how have you dealt with it?

Chow: Oh absolutely! One can never do anything right lol Someone will say something. Recently I had a video showing how I teach Rambo to accept eye ointment voluntarily. You would be surprised the amount of negative comment I got haha. The best way to deal with them is with love and a bit of sarcasm. Never take them personally or seriously

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own dog influencer account or share their dog on social media?

Chow: Just Be yourself. Think of it as documenting instead of creating

How has your dog influenced your life outside of social media?

Chow: I eat healthier and more active because of my dog

Can you tell us about a particularly memorable or funny moment you've had with your dog during one of your photo shoots or adventures?

Chow: First time I brought Rambo on a boat he pushed me off the boat to the river

What is your favorite thing about being a dog influencer?

Chow: Connecting with like-minded people.

Lastly, what's next for you and your dog on social media? Any exciting plans or projects in the works?

Chow: Really want to share our homemade treat recipe to inspire people add more fresh food to their dogs diet. Also want to explore to create longer video format on YouTube to bring more value to the community
