Welcome to the ultimate destination for dog enthusiasts and social media mavens alike. At Dogfluencers, we're passionate about showcasing the best and brightest in the world of four-legged fame.

Whether you're looking for adorable photos, heartwarming stories, or expert tips on how to turn your own pup into a social media star, we've got you covered.

Today we got the honor of interviewing Emelia (Piper's Human). You can find a direct link to their Instagram here.

Here is their story:

Can you tell us about your journey to becoming a dog influencer? What inspired you to start sharing your dog's adventures on social media?

Harris: For as long as I can remember, I have always followed numerous dogs on varying socials and have been inspired to do the same. Seeing their cute moments, mischief, and goofiness always made my day. Not to mention sending every single one to my family! As soon as my husband and I got ready to get a pup, I knew I had to start an Instagram and Tik Tok to document all her moments, big and small!

What do you think sets your dog apart from other dogs on social media? What makes them unique or particularly interesting to your followers?

Harris: Piper has a lot in common with other dogs on social media, which is a compliment! Aside from being adorable and keeping up with social media trends, Piper often is ornery and gets into mischief. This can be seen almost daily on her Instagram stories as well as on her posts. It sure keeps her followers on their toes! Her unique dapple coat and snazzy outfits are a favorite among followers as well.

How do you come up with ideas for your dog's posts and content? Do you have a specific creative process?

Harris: I often let Piper take the lead when it comes to content, catering posts around the mischief, fun events, and daily shenanigans that she gets into. We also LOVE to produce our take on popular trends from Tik Tok and Instagram reels!

Have you ever faced any challenges or negativity on social media, and how have you dealt with it?

Harris: Negativity is bound to come around, even on a dog’s social media. If we receive negative comments, Piper will either reply with a witty reply (who can get mad at a joke from a pup?!) or simply delete the comment and move forward. It is not something that happens often, and we choose to not dwell in it if it does!

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own dog influencer account or share their dog on social media?

Harris: Make an account and begin posting! Post anything and everything- things you think may not be popular, trends you enjoy, highs, lows, and everything in between. Authenticity and consistency is key!

How has your dog influenced your life outside of social media?

Harris: Piper has brought so much joy into my life! She is the life of the party and is always socializing with everyone, which in turn inevitably helps me meet new people as well. We have explored so many new places together and she easily has become my best friend! Everybody needs a pup like Piper!

Can you tell us about a particularly memorable or funny moment you've had with your dog during one of your photo shoots or adventures?

Harris: I will never forget taking Piper on her first outing the week we got her. We went to get her a little sweater, as it was mid winter, then we ordered Piper her first pup cup! She scarfed it down super fast, was licking her face like crazy, and made a whole beard out of the whipped cream. It made for the sweetest, most memorable moment!

What is your favorite thing about being a dog influencer?

Harris: My favorite thing about being a dog influencer is sharing real life moments with others in the community or people who just love dogs!

Lastly, what's next for you and your dog on social media? Any exciting plans or projects in the works?

Harris: Hopefully working with some great brands here in the future to bring more entertaining content your way!
