Today we got the honor of interviewing Alexandra (Mylow's Human). You can find a direct link to their Instagram here.

Here is their story:

Can you tell us about your journey to becoming a dog influencer? What inspired you to start sharing your dog's adventures on social media?

Gheorghe: Mylow is a very funny dog, also very independent and stubborn. I tried to capture most of the funny moments from his life since he is very spoiled. We just wanted to be beneficial for him and to inspire other people who are dog parents.

What do you think sets your dog apart from other dogs on social media? What makes them unique or particularly interesting to your followers?

Gheorghe: Mylow is a very talkative dog and he also loves pictures.

How do you come up with ideas for your dog's posts and content? Do you have a specific creative process?

Gheorghe: I have been inspired by others and thought, "Why not give it a try?" We are at a very early beginning so we haven’t experimented so much.

Have you ever faced any challenges or negativity on social media, and how have you dealt with it?

Gheorghe: We haven’t faced negative opinions, but we did encounter very pushy people, like those trying to convince you to be an ambassador with very poor deals.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own dog influencer account or share their dog on social media?

Gheorghe: To start and be consistent with posting, sharing, etc., and to get involved in communities.

How has your dog influenced your life outside of social media?

Gheorghe: Mylow helped me a lot with my panic attacks and anxiety. He saved me from very dark situations.

Can you tell us about a particularly memorable or funny moment you've had with your dog during one of your photo shoots or adventures?

Gheorghe: Something funny was at the beginning of his training, he was running for everything that was moving around him. We took him to the park, thinking he would listen to the recall, but he ended up running through the whole park after every single dog to play with. I ended up sliding in the mud, but it was very funny.

What is your favorite thing about being a dog influencer?

Gheorghe: I have the opportunity to share with the world how beautiful it is to have a pet and how much a pet can help you mentally.

Lastly, what's next for you and your dog on social media? Any exciting plans or projects in the works?

Gheorghe: We don’t collaborate with anyone at the moment. I’m just going to share my posts on socials and see if a great deal will come up.
