Welcome to the ultimate destination for dog enthusiasts and social media mavens alike. At Dogfluencers, we're passionate about showcasing the best and brightest in the world of four-legged fame.

Whether you're looking for adorable photos, heartwarming stories, or expert tips on how to turn your own pup into a social media star, we've got you covered.

Today we got the honor of interviewing Ashley (CC's Human). You can find a direct link to their Instagram here.

Here is their story:

Can you tell us about your journey to becoming a dog influencer? What inspired you to start sharing your dog's adventures on social media?

Leasure: We think CC is the cutest chihuahua ever! (We may be biased) He has such unique features and a huge personality and we wanted to share him with the world!

What do you think sets your dog apart from other dogs on social media? What makes them unique or particularly interesting to your followers?

Leasure: CC has a merle coat (white and black speckled) and a cute overbite that makes his little tongue stick out of his mouth. His big eyes are another one of his best features. Sometimes they don’t always look in the same direction. 🤭

How do you come up with ideas for your dog's posts and content? Do you have a specific creative process?

Leasure: Usually the photo we take drives the caption I come up with. We post once per day. We also try to plan special posts around holidays, his birthday, if he receives gifts or collabs. We recently started #MANdanaMonday and we post a photo of CC in one of his many bandanas every Monday.

Have you ever faced any challenges or negativity on social media, and how have you dealt with it?

Leasure: Luckily we haven’t yet. I think maybe one or two odd comments have come through that we just delete/block and don’t acknowledge.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own dog influencer account or share their dog on social media?

Leasure: Be consistent with your posts. Posting once per day works for us. CC has a lot of followers that are expecting to see what he’s up to each day! We take advantage of when we go for car rides or to the park or to grandmas, and make sure we get some cute photos to post to keep his feed fresh. Engage with other accounts! We have met so many kind people through his Instagram. We have exchanged birthday gifts and holiday cards. Just be aware of who reaches out and use your best judgement.

How has your dog influenced your life outside of social media?

Leasure: CC is our entire life! We always joke that I have the separation anxiety, not CC, when we leave the house because I hate leaving him alone. He brings us so much joy and laughter everyday.

Can you tell us about a particularly memorable or funny moment you've had with your dog during one of your photo shoots or adventures?

Leasure: Usually Halloween posts are the funniest. CC has become so patient with me and taking photos. He’s not a huge fan of wearing costumes but he definitely tolerates it for a few minutes if he knows a treat is coming. His tiger costume is probably my favorite one he has.

What is your favorite thing about being a dog influencer?

Leasure: Seeing the joy that he brings people we don’t even know. We receive the sweetest messages from so many followers about how much they love him.

Lastly, what's next for you and your dog on social media? Any exciting plans or projects in the works?

Leasure: We would love to increase our follower count. We are looking forward to new collaborations and maybe a post or two will finally go viral!
