Can you tell us about your journey to becoming a dog influencer? What inspired you to start sharing your dog's adventures on social media?

Escalante: 2018 adopted a dog, started fostering 2019 moved to Korea him and started a rescue 1st no kill in Korea. Came back to US and became a dog trainer fostering + training showing shelter dogs can compete in dog sports & be just as capable as show dogs! 2024 fostered & adventured with splash and 43 other fosters!

What do you think sets your dog apart from other dogs on social media? What makes them unique or particularly interesting to your followers?

Escalante: How we have traveled the world! Texas - South Korea - Texas visiting Qatar, Mexico, New Mexico and plans for more!

How do you come up with ideas for your dog's posts and content? Do you have a specific creative process?

Escalante: Through our competition, trails, training, and our fosters!

Have you ever faced any challenges or negativity on social media, and how have you dealt with it?

Escalante: Negativity is often through blurry perspective so we've been open, honest and managed through being clear.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own dog influencer account or share their dog on social media?

Escalante: Share your experience! Everyone's story is worth telling.

How has your dog influenced your life outside of social media?

Escalante: To make a difference from offering rescues & shelters free group classes to volunteering & train more therapy dogs for the community!

Can you tell us about a particularly memorable or funny moment you've had with your dog during one of your photo shoots or adventures?

Escalante: Visiting the world's largest pistachio.

What is your favorite thing about being a dog influencer?

Escalante: Educating the public.
