Welcome to the ultimate destination for dog enthusiasts and social media mavens alike. At Dogfluencers, we're passionate about showcasing the best and brightest in the world of four-legged fame.

Whether you're looking for adorable photos, heartwarming stories, or expert tips on how to turn your own pup into a social media star, we've got you covered.

Today we got the honor of interviewing Jeena (Juno's Human). You can find a direct link to their Instagram here.

Here is their story:

Can you tell us about your journey to becoming a dog influencer? What inspired you to start sharing your dog's adventures on social media?

Ko: Inspiration struck during the lockdown in London when boredom and COVID had us yearning for joy. Juno’s playful spirit emerged as she leaped over staked toilet paper, and that moment became the spark to share her adventures on social media.

What do you think sets your dog apart from other dogs on social media? What makes them unique or particularly interesting to your followers?

Ko: Juno, our exceptional husky, stands out on social media with her signature unimpressed expressions—especially when facing a barrage of kisses from her ‘clinger,’ aka mom. 🐾 Adopted from a shelter in South Korea 5 years ago, now at age 10, Juno defies expectations. She’s an agility competitor, a fitness enthusiast, adores swimming, and challenges every husky stereotype.

How do you come up with ideas for your dog's posts and content? Do you have a specific creative process?

Ko: I post what I’m feeling for the day. LOL.

Have you ever faced any challenges or negativity on social media, and how have you dealt with it?

Ko: Being Korean, we face unfair stereotypes and judgments, particularly regarding the misconceptions of ‘eating dog meat.’ Let’s set the record straight - we 100% do NOT do that. Additionally, we’re judged for clothing Juno, but it’s essential for her spine condition and protection from elements such as chemical salt in the winter and burning asphalt in the summer. We prioritize Juno’s well-being, and while social media judgments arise, we stand firm: ‘Mama knows best.’ 💪🏽🇰🇷❤️

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own dog influencer account or share their dog on social media?

Ko: Our advice: Post what brings you joy, proudly share cherished moments with your dog, and don’t let anyone bring you down or judge you. Your journey, your rules! 🐾

How has your dog influenced your life outside of social media?

Ko: Beyond social media, our journey with Juno has made a real impact. We’ve played a part in rescuing dogs, finding them loving homes, and advocating for better laws to protect all dogs. Together, we’re making a difference beyond the screen. 🐾❤️

Can you tell us about a particularly memorable or funny moment you've had with your dog during one of your photo shoots or adventures?

Ko: Juno LOVES food! One particularly memorable and funny moment during a photo shoot with Juno was capturing her enthusiasm for treats thrown in the air. The resulting photos were not only incredible but also eternally memorable with hilarious photos that were so much fun. 🐾📸

What is your favorite thing about being a dog influencer?

Ko: One of the best things about being a dog influencer is the joy of connecting with a community that shares a love for dogs with people from all over the world. I love sharing things about my country and culture with others. It's heartwarming to inspire, share stories, and bring smiles to fellow dog lovers everywhere. 🌍🐾 I also love advocating for dogs and encouraging other to see things in another perspective as without judgment or criticism.

Lastly, what's next for you and your dog on social media? Any exciting plans or projects in the works?

Ko: On our Instagram platform, we're pouring our efforts into a meaningful cause—educating and spreading awareness about the recent dog meat ban in South Korea. Through informative posts, heartfelt stories, and compelling visuals, we aim to shed light on the significance of this ban and its impact on the lives of our canine companions.

Our mission goes beyond sharing cute pictures and videos of Juno; it's about leveraging our influence to make a positive difference in the world. We're actively engaging our followers, encouraging discussions, and fostering a community that stands together for the well-being of animals.

By using our platform to advocate for the dog meat ban, we hope to contribute to a broader understanding and acceptance of more humane practices. It's a journey of compassion, education, and, most importantly, positive change.🌐🐾 We want to advocate FUR ALL DOGS!
