Today we got the honor of interviewing Meg (Henry's Human). You can find a direct link to their Instagram here.

Here is their story:

Can you tell us about your journey to becoming a dog influencer? What inspired you to start sharing your dog's adventures on social media?

Coffey: Have you seen Henry?! He's adorable. No, I joke. I was sharing too much of him on my own channel so it was time for him to have his own outlet. Plus it's a place for me to try things that I wouldn't necessarily put on my own.

What do you think sets your dog apart from other dogs on social media? What makes them unique or particularly interesting to your followers?

Coffey: His eyes. Most labradoodles have human personalities and traits. If you groom them just right, they are the most adorable looking thing you've ever seen in your life. Henry has that in spades. Plus his natural charisma comes through in content.

How do you come up with ideas for your dog's posts and content? Do you have a specific creative process?

Coffey: It happens naturally. He's got a great personality and we live a pretty fantastic life. We travel together and work together, so it's pretty easy.

Have you ever faced any challenges or negativity on social media, and how have you dealt with it?

Coffey: All the time. I've gone viral a few times. I've got pretty thick skin.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own dog influencer account or share their dog on social media?

Coffey: Be ready for negativity. It's not as easy as it looks. Everyone thinks their dog is just as cute as yours.

How has your dog influenced your life outside of social media?

Coffey: I'm not joking when I say I just bought him a house. I set up a company in his name and on his 7th birthday (just last week) made an offer on a house thru the company. He's my whole world, I'm just lucky to live in it.

Can you tell us about a particularly memorable or funny moment you've had with your dog during one of your photo shoots or adventures?

Coffey: Every moment with Henry is a pretty good one. He's my best friend. I'm pretty lucky that we go on lots of adventures. He loves the beach. He loves the park. We head up to Jurien Bay quite a bit, and any time he can run in the ocean is great. This past Christmas break we went on two walks a day and by day 5 he was exhausted. I think I had officially broken my dog and he was no longer up for the next walk.

What is your favorite thing about being a dog influencer?

Coffey: Getting to spend time with Henry.

Lastly, what's next for you and your dog on social media? Any exciting plans or projects in the works?

Coffey: His new house.
