Today we got the honor of interviewing Sandra (Zoey & Emma's Human). You can find a direct link to their Instagram here.

Here is their story:

Can you tell us about your journey to becoming a dog influencer? What inspired you to start sharing your dog's adventures on social media?

Ita: I just enjoy my dogs and everything that comes with them so much, they make me happy and make me laugh, they make me go outside and explore nature, and they’ve just improved my mental and physical being. I started the girls Instagram account because I wanted to share all of this with others and maybe it makes them laugh or helps them to a better mood, or some people might not be able to have a dog for themselves so at least they can have the insight of it.

What do you think sets your dog apart from other dogs on social media? What makes them unique or particularly interesting to your followers?

Ita: They are Frenchies, but they aren’t couch potatoes, they love to go on long walks and they have this cute bond together, I try to show more natural, daily life content and not only staged content. And aren’t all dogs unique in their own way. We’re unique because we are Zoey and Emma ❤️

How do you come up with ideas for your dog's posts and content? Do you have a specific creative process?

Ita: I mostly just film along during our days, on our walks or when they play, with the hope that I can catch a glimpse of their fun personalities and then I try to match with a trending audio or song.

Have you ever faced any challenges or negativity on social media, and how have you dealt with it?

Ita: We gladly haven’t yet. But we are aware that everyone has their own preferences and likings and no one can please them all and that’s ok.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own dog influencer account or share their dog on social media?

Ita: Be patient, engage with other likeminded accounts and have fun with it. The dog community is so awesome and welcoming don’t worry.

How has your dog influenced your life outside of social media?

Ita: They give me a purpose, make me go outside more, keep me company, and they make me laugh every single day.

Can you tell us about a particularly memorable or funny moment you've had with your dog during one of your photo shoots or adventures?

Ita: I was filming them play, and after a while Zoey stopped chasing Emma and hid behind a little hill, Emma didn’t see her anymore and got pretty upset and started looking for her but couldn’t find her for around 10 minutes, it is our most played video on Instagram at the moment and we can totally unfortunately why 😂.

What is your favorite thing about being a dog influencer?

Ita: Interacting with other likeminded accounts, share funny moments and share advice and learn new things.

Lastly, what's next for you and your dog on social media? Any exciting plans or projects in the works?

Ita: Not at the moment ❤️.
