Welcome to the ultimate destination for dog enthusiasts and social media mavens alike. At Dogfluencers, we're passionate about showcasing the best and brightest in the world of four-legged fame.

Whether you're looking for adorable photos, heartwarming stories, or expert tips on how to turn your own pup into a social media star, we've got you covered.

Today we got the honor of interviewing Tess (Bart and Bruce's Human). You can find a direct link to their Instagram here.

Here is their story:

Can you tell us about your journey to becoming a dog influencer? What inspired you to start sharing your dog's adventures on social media?

Bart and Bruce's Human: Upon getting our first dog, I found that I craved more community around the dog ownership side of things. I also needed a place to post my photos so I didn't flood my personal social media too much. We started and have posted most days since, from adventures to good pet finds, to real life things. We then got our second dog and introduced him to our social media friends. We enjoy being real and transparent and spreading some joy and giggles along the way.

What do you think sets your dog apart from other dogs on social media? What makes them unique or particularly interesting to your followers?

Bart and Bruce's Human: We have a 50+ pound dog and a 10-pound dog who have very similar features and resemble each other. The big one is the shy one, and the little one is the brave, bold one. Both strays were close to being euthanized and now live their best lives. They are quite quirky dogs and often make people giggle.

How do you come up with ideas for your dog's posts and content? Do you have a specific creative process?

Bart and Bruce's Human:  We are all about being raw and real - the good, hard, sad, funny, etc. We don't make our lives out to be perfect. We love building community around real and raw dog ownership. We highlight on our dogs humor and goofiness.

Have you ever faced any challenges or negativity on social media, and how have you dealt with it?

Bart and Bruce's Human:  Surprisingly no!

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own dog influencer account or share their dog on social media?

Bart and Bruce's Human: Just start! Post regularly, be consistent, and find a niche (a well trained dog, a goofy doggy, a unique looking dog, traveling dog, etc). Have fun and just show up.

What is your favorite thing about being a dog influencer?

Bart and Bruce's Human: The community! Most recently, we had a sick doggy (Bruce) and people were SO supportive. They offered love, support, and we felt so cared for. From interacting with people far away to meeting up with local friends we met. Such a fun way to meet other passionate doggy friends and their owners!

Lastly, what's next for you and your dog on social media? Any exciting plans or projects in the works?

Nothing major, being an ambassador with Fi is our big thing right now!

We hope that Tess' story has inspired you to appreciate your furry friend's unique personality and share it with the world! Being a dog influencer is a fun and rewarding experience, but it's important to prioritize our dogs' health and wellbeing as well.

Remember always to create positive, wholesome content that showcases your dog's individuality. And in the face of negativity, it's important to stand up for fellow dog lovers and keep the community positive. We hope that reading about Tess' journey as a dog influencer has made you smile and reminded you of the special bond between us and our beloved pets.
