Here is their story:

Can you tell us about your journey to becoming a dog influencer? What inspired you to start sharing your dog's adventures on social media?

Palko: Paisley came into my life after I had moved to a new state for work. She sort of fell into my lap since a coworker couldn't care for her, but wanted to find her the perfect forever home. After watching Paisley as a "trial run", I just didn't want to live without her. I started posting about her on social media so my friends and family back home could see our adventures and get to know her a little. Her personality is so goofy and it gained attention so we continued to post cute photos of her. I've always loved photography and this was the perfect outlet for me to practice and start posting.

What do you think sets your dog apart from other dogs on social media? What makes her unique or particularly interesting to your followers?

Palko: I'm a little biased, but I think Paisley's unique look from her breed combination (St. Bernard & American Bulldog) really sets her apart from other dogs. Her personality is a combination of both her breeds too - she loves sunbathing and her long afternoon naps, but is ready to zoom around the yard or play tug until the humans give up!

How do you come up with ideas for your dog's posts and content? Do you have a specific creative process?

Palko: I get ideas on a whim and write them down. I have a whole list of ideas in my phone to use for different collaboration ideas or just content to post on my own. Sometimes I get into a creative funk and the best thing that helps me is talking to my other content creator friends to bounce ideas off each other. Having this community is more than just friendship, but a bond through our work and we help to build each other up!

Have you ever faced any challenges or negativity on social media, and how have you dealt with it?

Palko: There are always new challenges with social media. All the apps are constantly changing their algorithms which keeps us on our toes on what we have to create. It can be frustrating, but so rewarding when we finally figure it out! This is another part where having a creator community comes in - we can share how our content performs and learn from not only our own content, but our friends too. Negative comments come with the territory of a social media presence - no matter how large or small. It's easy to say to not let the negative comments hurt you, and I do that by thinking "those negative comments just helped my engagement - thanks"!

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own dog influencer account or share their dog on social media?

Palko: Just do it! You can't create your brand and attract followers without posting. The rest will come as you start to find out who you are on social media.

How has your dog influenced your life outside of social media?

Palko: Paisley has completely changed my life and the lives of those around me. She fills our lives with love, laughter, and happiness with her goofy and carefree personality. She has been there with me through the times in my life I felt so alone and was able to give me purpose.

Can you tell us about a particularly memorable or funny moment you've had with your dog during one of your photo shoots or adventures?

Palko: When Paisley likes a person, she puts her whole body into her excitement when she sees them. She almost jumped our fence when my neighbor peeked his head over to say hi because she LOVES him. Her whole body wiggles and she even hits her own face with her tail!

What is your favorite thing about being a dog influencer?

Palko: The community! The dog community is genuinely so amazing and supportive. They all love dogs and share their knowledge on how to help them live healthier and happier lives.

Lastly, what's next for you and your dog on social media? Any exciting plans or projects in the works?

Palko: Yes! We are in the works to focus more on traveling with large dogs! It's challenging to travel with large dogs, so I'm on a mission to make it easier and share it with the world!
